Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. If you have a deadline, please contact us first before placing an order. We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your package arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photographs of the package and items received.

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

• Ready to Ship Orders are typically processed within 5-7 business days after payment is received.

• Custom calligraphy, artwork, design projects, and translation services may require additional production time.
